General

• Format: Comma Separated Text (CSV).
• Encoding: UTF-8.
• Line Separator: CR+LR (recommended).

Date and Time

• ISO 8601 format (e.g. 2018-08-24).
• Month or year data are acceptable (e.g. 2018-08 or 2018).

Others

• Record ID is not necessarily required.
• The first line must be label of columns.
• Order of columns is not fixed.
